International flights

International commercial flights are NOT permitted to enter The Bahamas, except commercial flights from the United Kingdom, European Union and Canada, effective midnight, Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

Private international flights and charters from all countries are permitted to enter The Bahamas.

sea vessels

Sea vessels carrying commercial passengers are NOT permitted to enter The Bahamas effective midnight, Wednesday July 22, 2020.

Private pleasure crafts and yachts from all countries are permitted to enter The Bahamas.

BEACHES

All public and private beaches in New Providence Island are closed as of 5:00am Monday, July 20, 2020. The beach at Breezes Bahamas will be closed until further notice. Our pool deck and swimming pool remains open.

COVID-19 Testing Requirements

REQUIRED FOR ALL VISITORS & RETURNING RESIDENTS

NEGATIVE TEST RESULT + HEALTH VISA

All visitors and returning Bahamians and residents will require a negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test result from an accredited lab, taken no more than 10 days before the date of travel, and an approved Health Visa to enter the country. Complete a Travel Health Card application before traveling to The Bahamas.

Travelers are required to upload a negative RT PCR COVID 19 Test. Failing to upload a negative RT PCR COVID 19 Test will result in an automatic denial of entry. Currently, The Bahamas currently DOES NOT accept Rapid Antigen, Antibody (IgG/IgM), or Sa test types.

We've stepped up routine cleaning, paying close attention to high-touch surfaces in common areas. Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each checkout.

Digital restaurant menus and other resort guides and materials are easily accessible from your mobile phone with scannable QR codes.

Travel Health Card

You will be required to complete and submit an application for a Travel Health Card prior to your travel to The Bahamas.
